As part of an expansion project at their Heathrow facility, a leading catering supplier to the airline industry employed the services of Ryan-Jayberg Limited to design and install a new 400sqM chilled storage area.
The chiller room was supplied with 3 remote external condensing units operating a total of 6 internal evaporator units, providing resilience to high ambient temperatures and any unlikely system failures.
A total of 4 weeks were spent on site including the electrical & LED lighting installation, commissioning and full handover customer support.

Low GWP Refrigerant
R513A refrigerant was the chosen refrigerant due to its A1 safety class (non Flammable) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 631.
